My journey began in the rural communities of Cebu, Philippines, where I was raised with a deep appreciation for education, service, and faith. I was inspired and mentored by my parents, Dr. Ireneo P. Leuterio, Sr. and Dr. Josephine P. Leuterio, both lifelong educators and spiritual development practitioners. From an early age, they taught me that success is measured not only by what we know, but also by our character, compassion, and commitment to serving others.

Growing up in a community with limited educational resources, I witnessed firsthand how access to quality education, guidance, and opportunity could make a meaningful difference in a person's life. Those experiences shaped my passion for helping people recognize their strengths, develop new skills, overcome challenges, and create opportunities for greater independence and participation in everyday life.

As my career evolved—from educator, to educational leader, to Board Certified Behavior Analyst—I remained committed to one guiding purpose: empowering people through learning, evidence-based practice, and compassionate service.

Mind Power Creativity Center grew from that purpose. I wanted to create more than a traditional clinic. I envisioned an organization where people are seen as whole individuals—not defined by their limitations, diagnoses, or challenges, but recognized for their strengths, abilities, goals, values, and potential for continued growth.

That vision became Mind Power Creativity Center: a Human Development Organization grounded in behavioral science.

Today, we bring together behavioral science, education, creativity, and compassionate support to help people develop meaningful skills for everyday life. Whether supporting a young child learning new skills, a teenager preparing for adulthood, an adult working toward greater independence or employment, a family seeking guidance, or professionals and organizations serving their communities, our purpose remains the same: to educate, elevate, and empower people toward meaningful growth.
